accept Exhibitor Applications from Time Share, Vacation
or Condominium Companies. If you represent
one of these markets, Please DO NOT
contact us. |
All crafts,
accessories and clothing items must be in the spirit of the
festival theme unless you have received
special written consent from event coordinators. That consent
form must be in your possession at the
festival otherwise you will be asked to remove any and all items
that do not belong at this type of
event. Refusal will mean your expulsion from the event grounds.
There are no refunds of registration fees
for breaking the rules.
There can also
be NO violent, vulgar or sexually explicit or graphic images or items
displayed or sold at this event. If
in doubt

There are NO
Arguments with the Field Manager !!!
Altercations with any member of event production management
could mean your eviction from the event grounds.
There are
absolutely NO refunds for merchants who have
been evicted from event grounds and NO refunds
for merchants or merchant representatives who withdrawal
from the show later than 30 days before the show opens with
or without advance notice.

Service
Providers & Food Vendor Apps are considered on a First Come
Basis
If you are
the first to get your app in and we like what we see and approve
your app and accept payment,
then we
will not approve another identical Service or Food Merchant
unless we feel that attendance will support more than one.
Otherwise, "There can be only One" :) So get your app submitted
for consideration ASAP.
Payment is
due upon final approval of your application.
Your Booth Design Must Reflect the Organic
Fantasy Theme of the Event. Please be creative in Disguising all Modern
looking canopies or tents. i.e. No Metal Legs or Plastic Awnings
or Plastic Ground Cover May Be Showing.

NOTE: If at all possible, it is best to walk your
application into the office of the Dept. of Revenue rather than
mailing.
Goodyear is still a
"program city," which means you pay the city transaction
privilege tax of 2% on your state tax form. If you haven't done
business in Goodyear before, there is a one time one-dollar
registration fee to be paid to AZ Dept of Revenue.
