Estrella Mountain Regional Park is a NO STAKE Park. ALL tents and Pop Ups MUST BE FREE STANDING, and SECURELY WEIGHTED on all corners to guard against loss in high winds. There WILL be High Winds "count on it", Mother Nature has Her own agenda and we are not privy to the details.

There will be NO DRIVE On... you must unload and haul in your goods via your own dolly or wagon. AND LOAD OUT THE SAME WAY

All crafts, accessories and clothing items must be in the spirit of the festival theme unless you have received special written consent from event coordinators. That consent form must be in your possession at the festival otherwise you will be asked to remove any and all items that do not belong  at this type of event. Refusal will mean your expulsion from the event grounds.

There are no refunds of registration fees for breaking the rules.

There can also be NO violent, vulgar or sexually explicit or graphic images or items displayed or sold at this event. If in doubt ASK US

 

There are NO Arguments with the Field Manager !!!

Altercations with any member of event production management could mean your eviction  from the event grounds.

 

There are No Vendor Refunds

 

Service Providers & Food Vendor Apps are considered on a First Come Basis

If you are the first to get your app in and we like what we see and approve your app and accept payment,

then we will not approve another identical Service or Food Merchant  unless we feel that attendance will support more than one. Otherwise, "There can be only One" :) So get your pre app submitted for consideration ASAP.

Payment is due upon final approval of your application.

We have been known to have high winds. Be prepared to use weights or sand/gravel bags to hold your canopy or other structure in place.

 

 

** There are no lights and no electricity available for vendors. If you want to stay open past sunset, then you must provide your own power source and lighting for your booth.

NOTE: There will be no electricity for vendors. You might want to consider a rechargeable quiet camping generator if you absolutely need electricity at your booth,  They are about the size and weight of a car battery.

No fire will be permitted for light after dark

 

I picked this one up at ACE Hardware for just under $100.00. Prices will vary.
