Gracing the Phoenix
Faerie Festival Stage at the Unseelie Masquerade Ball, Scorpius
Dance Theatre creates an atmosphere to explore the
mysterious unseen realms of the Faerie Host by starlight and
moonbeam.
Scorpius has
performed many traditional venues, Scottsdale Center for the
Arts, Orpheum Theater and The Herberger. They have also
performed in many untraditional venues such as The Ice House,
Phoenix Art Museum, Scottsdale Museum for Contemporary Art,
ARTFIT and Patriots Square.
Scorpius Dance
Theatre is currently on the Art Roster for the Arizona Arts
Commission, and their residencies include South Mountain High
School and Copper Canyon Elementary..

The Library Fairy®
A magical mascot of stories and books and has joyfully
performed on television, in libraries, schools, theaters and
festivals...igniting the imagination in thousands of young lives
with the art of folklore storytelling. She enchants her audience
with narration, interactive games, music and theatrical
improvisation using an array of props, humor and song. Meeting
the needs of a diverse population, she also uses American Sign
Language (ASL) and Spanish at times to tell her many delightful
tales. Story theater is a highlight of the show as excited child
volunteers help act out the some of the stories to the joy of
the audience! She will also be performing her new children’s
book, THE MAGICAL TREE AND MUSICAL WIND.
Join her for a story, don't be shy...prepare to let your
imagination fly!
