Musical & Theater Presentations
For the Phoenix
Faerie Festival & Other Fireland Faerie Nation Inc Events
Thank you for
your interest in offering to become part of the Fireland Phoenix Faerie
Festival.
Fireland Faerie events
are a showcase for performances that compliment our mystic magical
faerie, storybook fantasy, European folklore & culture, Earth friendly
nature loving theme.
As compensation for the
gift of your talents, we provide complimentary staff food vouchers and
permit our approved performance artists to take tips, sell CDs and other
memorabilia either from stage side following your performance, from a
space in our event merchandise booth, or from a complimentary, in trade
booth space (for the outdoor Faerie Festival you must provide your own
decorated freestanding, securely weighted canopy, tables & furnishings).
Any separate
merchandise not directly related to your performance must be approved by
our Vendor Coordinating Team.
Vendors must be
in possession of an Arizona
Privilege Tax Permit.
All travel,
camping, hotel accommodations or off site meals are the responsibility
of the performer.

1. Inquirer
must submit an Audition Video a minimum of 8 months in advance of
the show date, for review and approval. Preferred format (recorded
DVD mailed to; Fireland Faerie Nation Inc., “Phoenix Faerie Festival
Entertainment Submission” 136 North 28th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009),
However, a You Tube Video is acceptable if a DVD mailing is not
possible.

2. Inquirer
must submit hi rez, promotional quality, costume photos of each
performer or group and complete troupe/group/performer list, a
minimum of 6 months in advance for review and approval.

3. If pre
recorded music or spoken word is being used, Inquirer must submit
final pre recorded musical or voice accompaniment, (complete score)
along with complete detailed description of how music or voice over
will be used in the performance.

If the
performance is Spoken Word, Comedy, or Theater, Inquirer must submit
final script text, a minimum of 6 months in advance for review and
approval.

4.
If your final submission is received less than 6 months in advance
of the show’s opening date, you will not be considered for that
year’s show, but “may” be considered for the following year

5. If
Approved, your
submission is the final script, choreography, costume design,
musical choices, play list, cast list, etc. No last minute
substitutions or changes are permitted, unless approved in writing
by the Coordinator for the Phoenix Faerie Festival.
(We are NOT currently accepting inquiries from
Belly Dancers for the Faerie Shows)
