Yes, Estrella Park Navy Area Grounds are
Handicapped Accessible along with the restrooms.
Earth is hard packed in "most areas" with
some grass.
Do however beware of the community of Burrowing Garden Gnomes "aka"
prairie squirrels.
The mounds could be a wheelchair, high heel and stilt
walker hazard.
Another important word on footwear. It is
my opinion that, although sandals or bare feet are tempting,
"Boots" are possibly the best choice in footwear for all faeries
who are traveling through the Western Portal of the Never Never
to commune with mortals in Arizona. Or at least closed toe
sturdy shoes.
This is the Sonoran Desert and Estrella Park is a nature habitat
for all sorts of indigenous critters

Don't be foolish, don't be scared, be aware and
prepared.
